Picture
National Spay Alliance Foundation is asking you to please be patient with call backs for our surgery schedule. If you haven't received a call back it's because we don't have a slot for surgery. IT IS NOT OK TO BE RUDE AND IMPATIENT WITH STAFF! They are working with the schedule our surgeons are providing them. We keep extremely detailed records for messages. You will receive a call when we have availability. Thank you for your understanding.

Spay/Neuter Surgeries:  We will take the surgery cost as a deposit. If your pet is not current on Rabies vaccines one will be provided for $20. Distemper vaccinations dog/cat $20. Pain medication is $12 and we always highly recommend and e-collar $12. Nail trim $5. Medical waste fee $2.

Cat Neuter $95
Cat Spay $95
Dog Neuter $125
Dog Spay $125

*All prices are subject to change at our discretion. (effective 01/01/2023)
  • Surgical drop off times:
    Dogs: 7:30-8:00 AM
    Cats: 8:00-8:30 AM
  • These times are important please come during your designated time. If you come past 9:00 AM we will not accept your pet for surgery and you will lose your deposit.
  • The non-refundable surgical fee will need to be paid at the time of scheduling the appointment. If you would like to pay by credit/debit card we can take the information over the phone, if you need to pay in  cash you will need to come to the clinic to schedule the  appointment.
  • If you need to cancel this appointment, please call or email within 24 hours of the appointment to do so. When clients "no show" (meaning do not cancel and do not show up) it takes away a spot another animal that might have had surgery that day. It's very important to let us know if you need to cancel, if we do not receive a 24hr notice you will lose your deposit.
  • Unless you reschedule at the time of cancellation you will be issued a refund. You may only reschedule the appointment once and must be within a seven day period. We will not carry credit balances in your pets file. If you paid with cash we will refund with check, if it was credit card it will be refunded to the card used. No exceptions.
  • Additional fees apply if in heat, pregnant, undescended testicle (we are unable to do surgery if the testicle is abdominal, if your pet has an undescended testicle we will be happy to see if it inguinal or abdominal, please call the clinic for more information) or over 50lbs (this is not included in the fee you pay to reserve your  appointment).
  • Cats must come to the clinic in a plastic airline carrier.
  • YOU MAY NOT HOUSE 2 or more CATS IN THE SAME  CARRIER. It needs to be 1 cat per carrier.
  • Your cat will not be accepted for surgery if they housed together or in a card board carrier.
