*The non- refundable surgical fee will need to be paid at the time of scheduling the appointment. If you would like to pay by credit/debit card we can take the information over the phone, if you need to pay in cash you will need to come to the clinic to schedule the appointment.
***If you need to cancel this appointment, please call or email within 24 hours of the appointment to do so. When clients "no show" (meaning do not cancel and do not show up) it takes away a spot another animal that might have had surgery that day. It's very important to let us know if you need to cancel, if we do not receive a 24hr notice you will lose your deposit.
*Additional fees apply if in heat, pregnant, undescended testicle or over 50lbs (this is not included in the fee you pay to reserve your appointment)
*Cats must come to the clinic in a plastic airline carrier.
YOU MAY NOT HOUSE 2 or more CATS IN THE SAME CARRIER. It needs to be 1 cat per carrier.
Your cat will not be accepted for surgery if they housed together or in a card board carrier.

Surgical drop off times:
Dogs: 7:30-8:00 AM
Cats: 8:00-8:30 AM
These times are important please come during your designated time. If you come past 9:00 AM we will not accept your pet for surgery and you will lose your deposit.
Walk in services for vaccinations, heartworm testing, felv/fiv testing, microchips between 9:00am - 12:30pm and 2:00pm - 5:30pm.
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday - We will stay open an hour later on Tuesday's you can walk in between 2:00 - 6:30!
