Our clinic will be located within the brand new PAWS building, a state of the art animal sheltering facility.
National Spay Alliance Foundation is non-profit, our primary clinic is a high quality-high volume spay/neuter and general medical clinic located in Dalton GA. This new clinic will be spay/neuter only. We are seeking a veterinarian to provide spay/neuter surgeries for public and shelter animals.
We are looking for a full time veterinarian experienced in high quality, high volume spay and neuter for owned pets, shelter/rescue animals, and community/feral cats, including pediatric procedures and additional procedures as necessary.
The Floyd County Commissioners have committed to reducing shelter intake and euthanasia of healthy adoptable animals by instituting a high volume spay/neuter program for it's facility as well as community. We are very excited to be a part of the initiative.
We are passionate about providing care to families who could not otherwise afford services and priority will go to candidates supporting our mission. Experience in spay/neuter surgery preferred.

Lead Veterinary Technician Position:
Who we are: National Spay Alliance Foundation is a non-profit veterinary clinic offering low-cost, high-quality veterinary options to the community as a whole. We educate our communities in the importance of spaying/neutering to control the pet population as well as allowing clients to have their pets seen at the onset of a problem to keep pets where they belong in their home.
Our spay/neuter/medical clinic is located in Dalton GA. We are currently preparing to open a second spay/neuter clinic in Rome GA. We will be working out of the new, state of the art PAWS facility. We will also be serving the Savannah community with our 34’ spay/neuter rig beginning in September.
Our mission is to end the tragedy of euthanasia due to pet overpopulation and homelessness. We fulfill our mission by providing high-quality, affordable and accessible spay/neuter and basic medical services to communities where economic barriers may otherwise prevent pet owners and rescue groups for accessing those services.
Summary: The Lead Technician at National Spay Alliance will direct, plan, coordinate and perform a variety of duties concerned with animal health, surgery, and client education in support of the clinics mission and to assure quality care for our patients and promote greater efficiency by assuming technical and administrative work and managing details. This position will supervise a team of technicians and assistants in our medical/surgical facility.
